The house has been built on the side of a mountain, on the edge of the village of Torvizcon with a rare private secluded garden. People who have visited, have called the house a "Tardis". The main bedroom with "wet room" en suite, is downstairs and is lovely and cool in the summer months, there is a wood burning stove in the TV room opposite the main bedroom. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and bathroom, you then go through an archway to the open plan lounge with another wood burning stove, dining room & galley kitchen. A back door leads onto a small patio with built-in BBQ and path leading to stairs which go up to the large roof terrace which boasts amazing views of the surrounding mountains with the frequently snow capped Sierra Nevada mountain in the background, which is a ski resort in the winter and a great place to hike in the summer months The house is a typical Spanish house with shuttered windows which keeps the house cool in the hot summer months and the heat in during the cold winter months. The kitchen is equipped with bottled gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and double sink with ample cooking, crockery, cutlery for 6 people.
