The Farmhouse sleeps 6 in 3 ensuite bedrooms, there is a snug downstairs that has a kingsize sofa bed allowing another 2 guests to stay, the dining area will seat 12 so the gatehouse could be booked with 4 further guests. The farmhouse has a wonderful terrace off a door on the landing, this terrace has all weather whicker furniture and views over the Dyfi estuary. The private garden to the farmhouse has a five bar gate allowing it to be dog & child safe....the shared ornamental garden between the farmhouse & the gatehouse has 2 ornamental ponds and children should be supervised.There are gas BBQ's at both properties.The gatehouse has two bedrooms a lovely bathroom with shower, and seperate utility with toilet.When booking either Panteidal farmhouse or the gatehouse guests will be able to enjoy the facilities at nearby Plas Talgarth, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi,gym and childrens adventure play area.
