For long term lets over 3 weeks special rates can be negotiated directly with the owner. For stays under 1 week, the mid-week and weekend daily rates apply as outlined in the above rental rates table. Payments accepted by bank transfer, cheque or Paypal. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required within 1 week of booking. The booking will be held for 1 week pending payment of the deposit. The balance is required 4 weeks prior to the first day of rental. A £150 refundable security deposit is payable with the balance, and will be refunded within 14 days of the last day of rental, subject to satisfactory report from the management team. A generous complimentary electricity allowance of 30kWh/day averaged out over the length of stay is provided. A property management company manages the apartment and provides the following at no additional cost to guests. Full clean of apartment towels and bedding prior to arrival of guests. Key holding Meeting and greeting of guests 24 7 hotline for assistance and advice with any problems guests may encounter. The property management company will provide the following for an additionally charge. Cleaning 20GBP per additional clean of apartment during stay. Laundry 10GBP per wash. Cot hire 10GBP per week. High chair hire 10GBP per week. A standard welcome pack for 20GBP may also be provided and contains 6 Efes beer, 6 eggs, 2 bread loaves, water 2 x 15 litres, milk, jam, butter, sugar, Nescafe, teabags, toilet rolls. A welcome pack without the Efes beer may also be purchased for 10GBP. The property management company also provides private bus transfers between Dalaman Airport and Sunset Beach Club. The rates are competitive and are as follows 1 to 3 Person one way 40GBP, 1 to 3 Person return 70GBP, 4 to 7 Person one way 45GBP, 4 to 7 Person return 80GBP, 8 to 13 Person one way 55GBP, 8 to 13 Person return 100GBP. The property management company will also orgainse car hire. A full booking summary confirming all the guest choices will be sent following the payment of the booking deposit.
