Accomodation. The accommodation is set over two floors with the main entrance on the first floor and a further garden entrance on the ground floor. The light and airy open plan living space is on the ground floor with views across the garden, river and woodland surrounding the property. All of the bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the large entrance hallway. There is an additional TV/DVD in bedroom 3 with a large selection of childrens books, DVD's, CD's and a good selection of board games for all the family. The house is also connected to broadband internet and a WIFI connection is available. The patio is equipped with a large dining table and 6 chairs for Al-Fresco dining. Further patio furniture includes a 2 seat sofa, 2 arm chairs and a coffee table providing the perfect place to relax with a glass of local wine. There are both charcoal and electric grill BBQ's available. At the bottom of the garden there are 2 wooden sun loungers in the shade of the peach tree, and a metal gate leading down to the River Terrace. This area has direct access to the river and is an ideal spot for fishing. The river terrace is furnished with a wooden table and 4 chairs. Casa de Pera doesn't need a swimming pool as one of the best River Beaches in Central Portugal is only 50 metres from our front door. This family friendly river beach has a very shallow end for younger children and a deeper area for swimming. The pool floor is paved and there are pool access steps.
