Booking Deposit An immediate nonrefundable booking deposit of 150 of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival The property can be rented on a weekly basis usually from Sat Sat but alternative arrangements can be made Full payment can be made on arrival as well as 150 deposit which will be returned on departure Arrival no later than 2 pm and house must be vacated by 12 noon to facilitate next arrivals Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of 150 must be paid to the manager on arrival it will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions are respected and the house is left in a clean tidy condition with waste stored in suitable plastic bags Failure to leave the accommodation in a fit state will mean the loss of part or all of security deposit
