The Villetta Rosaspina is a newly-upgraded villa in a quiet, wooded garden (not overlooked and so ideal for private sunbathing) and within 7 mins walk through the pinewoods to a glorious sandy beach. The villetta is the closest to the sea of any of the holiday properties at Rena Majore and is a semi-detached holiday house with two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds (190 x 160 cm), a living-room/dining area leading to a fully-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine, and a bathroom with shower, basin, WC and bidet. There is an additional fold-away bed for one in the second bedroom so the villetta can sleep 5 people in total. A travel cot and a high chair are also provided for a baby. There is a nice wood-burner (logs supplied)to keep you cosy should there be cooler days in winter. The house is cleaned once a week with a change of sheets and towels. Outside is a garden of 1000 square metres which backs onto the pine woods. In front of the house is a covered terrace with table and chairs, so you can eat outside, and at the back is a patio area to soak up the afternoon sun. No other building is visible from the villetta. To reach the beach, you can either walk through the pine wood (7-10 minutes) or take the longer way round by road (15 minutes) if you have a buggy or wheelchair. Bookings are on a weekly basis, from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure (to allow for cleaning) but can start on any day of the week by arrangement. Dogs (2 maximum) are accepted by previous arrnagement with the owners and with the proviso that they are never left alone in the villetta, that they are not allowed on the furniture, particulary the beds, and thet all trace of them is removed before your departure.
