The Costa Calida is one of the healthiest areas in Spain and boasts mild winters and beautiful spring and summer temperatures of around 25 to 30c. The famous mud baths are around a 20 minute drive where you can see people covering themselves in the therapeutic mud and then rinsing off in the warm inland sea.
