Sherrill Farm Holiday Cottages is a complex of 13 delightful self catering cottages sleeping from 2 to 20 people. All properties have been tastefully converted from the original 300 year old barns and farmhouse set within 16 acres of Devon farmland. The self catering cottages are clustered around the central courtyard and retain many features and are charmingly furnished and decorated, with well-equipped kitchens. Chestnut has a private hot tub and sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedroom plus sofa bed in the dining room. The ground floor offers a good-sized lounge, separate dining room with double sofa bed, a well-equipped equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine and a large shower room with toilet, suitable for less able bodied guests. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs each with an en suite bathroom, comprising: 2 Double rooms with 5ft beds, each with En-suite Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin, 2 triple bedrooms with three single beds, both with En-suite Shower room, toilet & basin. Features and facilities include an open fire in the lounge, central heating, safe parking for 4 cars, stereo system (CD/Radio/Cassette) Wi-Fi, Large screen digital TV with Freeview, Travel cot, High chair and stairgate. Outside is terrace with large 8-seat hot tub, patio furniture and BBQ beyond which a good sized garden slopes down towards the lakes (gated entry) Pets welcome. No smoking in bedrooms. Chestnut can be booked together with Elderberry, the adjoining cottage to accommodate parties of up to 25.
