The apartment is located in a building on the front line of Copacabana beach - on Avenida Atlantica between Francisco Sá & Souza Lima. The apartment has been newly-refurbished by an interior designer in a modern, contemporary style. It's on the top floor (12th) of the building which has 3 elevators. The apartment has a high speed wi-fi internet connection and cable TV channels. The bedroom has a full-size bed with lots of wardrobe space and there is a safe to secure your valuables. The living room has a sofa bed, a 32-inch LCD TV and a CD & DVD player. The kitchen is modern with a granite worktop, microwave, fridge with freezer section, a 4-ring stove and a washing machine. Cooking and eating utensils are provided. The apartment is in a secure building with 24 hour porter and security cameras (which you can watch on the tv!) and it is situated just in front of the world-famous Copacabana beach in posto 6, which is a safe area and considered the most prestigious part of Copacabana, next to Arpoador and just a 5-10 minute walk to Ipanema. Everything you need is on the doorstep: the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, banks, gyms, etc. The metro is just 5 mins walk.. The building in located between streets Francisco Sá and Souza Lima. Bed-linen and bath towels are provided. Please note, despite being so close to the beach the apartment does not have a sea view. RULES This is strictly a NON-SMOKING apartment. The maximum number of guests is 3. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights unless agreed with the owner. No pets allowed. Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is by 12pm. I try to be flexible on these times to suit the guests whenever it is possible and when arranged in advance.
