About Weather/Climate/Temperature
Seychelles benefits from year round warm weather and plenty of sunshine. The temperature is between 28 degrees - 31 degrees Celsius and goes down to approximately 22 - 24 degrees at night (mostly 24 degrees) The rain is normally during monsoon seasons but on average we will get 20 minute spells of rain a couple of times a week and the locals pray for more rain, so perfect for the sun seeker.
About Transport
There is a very tiny beach area across the road from the property with a fantastic natural rock formation ocean pool. It is ideal for dipping and you can also snorkel nearby. Better beaches for swimming can be reached with 15-20 minutes walking at places such as Carana Beach nearby and Glacis and of course Beau Vallon beach 8 minutes drive away which has a fantastic large stretch of white sandy beach for your splashing pleasure.

The best place for entertainment is Beau Vallon and in Victoria town where events tend to be held. Anything from festivals, beach bbqs, local artists, casino etc.

Seychelles is fantastic for Diving with numerous Padi Dive centres throughout the island. Just contact one of the dive centres for more information.

If you like to fish, you'll love Seychelles, our waters are abundant with sea life and whether you want to try your luck with some fishing line, a hook and bate from one of the granite rocks around the island or prefer to take it more seriously and go on a fishing boat charter for the day, it is ideal for fishing.
