Located against the walls of the old city , the house is 5 minuts walk to the main square ( 10 minuts to the closest beach ) so completely away from the noise of a busy tourist little town and very quiet . In a tree lined street the house has an independent entrance from the street , next to the owner's private garage . The entrance hall staircase leads up to the living/dining room with sofabed , woodburning fireplace and fully equipped kitchen which has a wide counter/passway open to the livingroom. Up one flight is a small study and large well equipped terrace with stunning views and NOT overlooked .
