This chalet in Sölden Ötztal with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, for 8-9 persons, is situated above the village of Sölden in the sought after area of Außerwald. Directly on the slopes and commanding uninterrupted views of the area. Within a minute you can reach the ski school, ski kindergarten and 2 rope tows. A walk into the village is 10 minutes on foot. You will also find restauarants offering traditional Tyrolean cuisine and Apres ski bars including Phillip, which is located directly above the free cable ski lift which runs to and from the village daily (running times depend on the season). The Gaislachkogelbahn is easily accessible by ski. The chalet is tastefully decorated in true Austrian style and is situated over the 1st and 2nd floors of the house and is set to cater for 9 people offering 4 double bedrooms and 1 extra bed. One room is ensuite with a shower and there is also a large bathroom for use of the other guests. The chalet is self catering and boosts a large kitchen dining room which comes fully equiped. Bed linen is also provided. (The ground floor is occupied by the owner of the property).
