This is a house in the town of Cuerres - Ribadesella east of Asturias, with more than 30 beaches in the vicinity and only 15 km from the Picos de Europa. It comes through Brittany Ferries to Santander and then 100km by highway. Also Santander Airport Oviedo or even Bilbao 200 km. The house have two plants. On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace (wood included), 32 "TV with foreign channels and access to the garden. Additionally there is a full bathroom suitable for disabled people and a fully equipped kitchen diner with appliances and utensils. The kitchen has a TV. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms. the main bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom and a small area for reading or relaxing. Additionally there are two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The house has a garden of 700 m2, which is accessed from the street through an automated gate. The garden has a table for breakfast or lunch and sunbathing furniture. The garden is south facing so it is sunny all day. The house is in a quiet area of the village of Cuerres, although well served by local roads.
