The holiday home is situated on the beach ward side from Weymouth to West Bay and has sea views. Below the holiday home through the meadows is West Bexington on Sea Beach. Within this surrounding area there are stunning panoramic views of Lyme Bay and the views of Chesil Beach . You can access the coast via the fields using fisherman’s walk to West Bexington Beach or alternatively jump in the car and drive down beach road where there is a car park on the beach, the blue anchor café and the south coast path, its all a very dog friendly area locally.
From here you can walk with your dog to the left to Abbotsbury beach and Chesil then onto Portland. Going to the right - to dog friendly Cogden, stopping at the dog friendly Hive Café at Burton Bradstock, and then taking the path to Freshwater Beach and on to West Bay.
Explore Weymouth and West Bay to Portland area including Abbotsbury Beach, West Bexington Beach, Cogden Beach and Burton Bradstock to West Bay. On a clear day on the beach and hills you can see along the coast to Eype and Lyme Regis and Portland. There is Weymouth, Bowleaze cove and also welcomes dogs. There are also dog friendly beaches at Osmington Beach, Ringstead, Kimeridge, Worth Matravers , Lulworth Cove and Studland Beach, West Bexington and Cogden . There is also Portland and Chesil to explore

Dogs allowed in the port area where they must stay on a lead. No dogs between 1st May - 1st October within the East Pier to East Cliffs and West Pier to West Cliffs areas. Good Fish and Chip stop!

The Manor Hotel in West Bexington, which is a lovely stop if you are doing the walk from the park to the beach and back. Or we stop here when walking from West Bexington Beach up along Beach Road, before doing the walk to Limekiln Hill with its stunning views over Chesil
The stunning award winning Hive Café at Burton Bradstock where you can sit outside with your dog, eat and enjoy the view.
Chips on West Bay Promenade or at Weymouth Harbour is a favourite with our dog!
Blue Anchor Café, below us at West Bexington treat, sometimes our dog gets a treat from their dog biscuit barrel!
The Accommodation
The Atlas Caravan sleeps 6 and has central heating and double glazing in addition an outside patio. Outside the holiday home and you may park your car. We do not charge for your pet.
We cannot take any dangerous breeds and your dog cannot be left alone in the holiday caravan. The local area is very dog friendly including beaches and attractions wise and for eating out. There is excellent fishing below us at West Bexington and Chesil. Abbotsbury Beach is well known for birdwatchers.
There is a launderette and telephone kiosk and a small shop which are available for your convenience on this small secluded park.
We provide duvets and pillows please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towel, thanks
Dogs are welcome outside but they must be kept on a lead and under control at all times within the Park till the footpath to West Bexington Beach.
