The complex is surrounded by landscaped gardens and sunbathing terraces. Inside, the apartment hosts a bright and airy interior which comprises a triple bedroom, kitchen area, dining area, living area and bathroom. The triple bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a double fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery etc. The dining area has a dining table, four chairs, an armchair and a dresser. The living room has a double sofa bed, a coffee table and an electric cooler fan. The apartment enjoys the benefit of Satellite Television and a Radio/CD Player.
