This 55m², light-filled apartment is located right at the top, in the attic of the house, and offers space for up to two persons. Located in the traditional wine village of Ellenz 9 kilometres from the castle town of Cochem and across the river from the picturesque village of Beilstein. The special features of this apartment are the impressive exposed-beam construction and the original, preserved staircase to the gallery ,which looks down over the open apartment area. Above in the gallery is a seating area with two wing backed armchairs giving a crows nest view to enjoy reading that book you always wanted to finish or maybe listening to some music while enjoying a glass of wine or maybe a retiring schnapps. In the sleeping/living area, there is a 180 x 200 cm Continental King Size Bed, large wardrobe is also located in the apartment for ample storage. Together with relaxing lounge area with two comfortable sofas,a Flat Screen LED HD TV with Satellite ( mainly German Channels however there is a section of International News Channels available ) there is also a large En Suite Shower room complete with a double shower enclosure ,washbasin and WC complimentary toiletries are included as are Hand & Shower Towels. The apartment also comes complete with a dining area with a large dining table and fully functional kitchen suitably equipped to prepare breakfast and small meals, or if renting multiple apartments there is plenty of space around the dining table to enjoy sometime together. The Moselle Region is wonderful all year round although the main holiday season is from April - November and not forgetting the many winefests during the months of July, August and September If you like walking, photography and exploring the peace and tranquillity of the Moselle Valley you will be very welcome in the wine village of Ellenz. Our apartments are available all year especially for that quite out of the main season break and not forgetting Ellenz is a central location to visit the Christmas Markets ( Weihnachtsmarkt) in either Koblenz, Trier ,Bernkastel Kues or Cochem which begin each year from the end of November. maybe you like to spend your Christmas & New Year Festivities with friends away from home please ask for our options for over the festive season !! Due to the old features that come with an old building c1531 it may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility but please ask, Pets are not accepted in this Apartment, Children under the age of 16 years of age are not permitted Thank you for your understanding !
