Casa Luessa is a rustic 4 bedroom villa with a 9m x 5m gated heatable pool, set in mature gardens and located 10 -15 minutes walk from Carvoeiro town, with a number if restaurants closer than this. This property 4 twin/double rooms with optional airconditioning, with a zbed available for a 9th person. Three have en-suite facilities - 2 have a bath & a shower and 1 has a new bathroom wing with a walk-in shower cubicle, ideal for anyone with restricted mobility. The fourth bedroom uses the family bathroom which has a bath and a shower. Two of the bedrooms, including the Master Suite, have French patio style doors leading out onto one of the garden area and back sun terrace. All bedrooms have ample storage and hanging space in the built in wardrobes. The spacious, well equipped kitchen is ideal for all parties, but especially for families, where children can be catered for with all their “home comfort foods”. There is a gas hob/electric oven cooker, microwave, a full size dish washer and two fridges. If the weather is inclement, everyone can sit together at the dining table which comfortably accommodates 8 diners. If you’re not hitting the town, you can relax with some English TV, listen to a CD or read a book in the lounge. There is Wifi available. The swimming pool is exceptionally large for a villa property. Measuring 30ft x 17ft, the gated pool has a shallow end, cover and its own outside shower. The pool is as good as new, as it was completely re-tiled in 2004. The brick built barbeque allows you to cook your favourite dishes and with ample grounds, you are spoilt for choice where to eat alfresco. For the sun worshippers, you can catch the last rays of sunshine of the day up on the roof terrace.
