This is a fantastic, spacious and modern 3 bedroom penthouse which is located on the top floor in a very nice complex in Oroklini. As you open the door to the apartment, you come into the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. It is furnished to a very high standard and both modern and light. The dining area seats 6 people, as do the comfortable lounge where you will find a flatscreen tv and dvd player for days when you feel like relaxing indoors. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a comfortable one, including items such as washing machine, dish washer and microwave. From the lounge area is a hallway that leads to the 3 bedrooms, all of which are very bright and has ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and adjoining this room is the en suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom consists of a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. Next to the bedrooms you will find the large family bathroom which has a bath tub. As you open the balcony doors from the lounge you will come out to a patio which is furnished with table and chairs made for you to sit and enjoy the view of the Mediterranean sea in the distance. From here there is a staircase leading up onto a huge private terrace which is furnished with both dining table, comfortable chairs and sofas – ideal for entertaining, al fresco dinners or just to relax and spend both sunny days and enjoy the evening breeze up here. The view from this terrace is truly breath taking as you overlook the sea as well as the mountains and green fields. It is well worth spending an evening or early morning here to watch the sun rise or set, it is a truly spectacular sight. This apartment is located in a very nice complex which has a communal swimming pool, a gym and even a sauna – all of which of course are available for you to use as much as you like during your holiday.
