Downstairs is an open plan kitchen and dining room. The living room is separated from the other room by an attractive archway. There is also a downstairs double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. The two other bedrooms on the first floor are off the minstrel gallery. The double and twin both enjoy en-suite facilities.
