Our holiday rental apartment is located in Calahonda near to Marbella on the Costa del Sol, Spain. It is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor (lift access) in a gated complex with private parking, shared outdoor adults and kids pools and is within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people (2 of which being children) comfortably with a double bed, double sofa bed and 2 fold out camp beds. The bright and spacious living & dining room leads onto the balcony with views of the garden and pools. It has a spacious bathroom with a shower, a newly refurbished fitted kitchen with all mod cons and a utility room washing machine. It has a full size 25m pool with separate children's pool set in manicured gardens. There is a lifeguard on duty during July & August. Just outside the complex you can be find the bars, restaurants, shops & 5 mins to the large commercial centre El Zoco. It is about a 10 min walk to beach from the apartment so it is ideal for those who like everything close by yet staying in a quiet complex. The complex also has secure resident’s car parking but a car is not essential due to the excellent apartment location.
