The accommodation consists of an open kitchen and living area on one floor with two double bedrooms and shower room on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and dish washer. Use of a washing machine for clothes is available on request. All bed linen and towels are provided. You may relax with British FreeSat television and internet WiFi connection. You may also phone UK landlines, free of charge, but please note that mobile phone reception is poor in the village. The property is heated by a wood-burning stove in the winter; that is when visitors must feed the stove with the supplied wood (but assistance is given when out!). For the summer, all rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for summer heat. Water is heated by ecological solar panels. A terrace with BBQ is available as well as covered parking. The accommodation is available on a weekly self-catering basis or for shorter as Bed and Breakfast (see "tariff"). All located in the centre of the small, peaceful village of Monay and surrounded by vineyards, for which the area is famous!
