Full air conditioned family villa with large garden. Situated in the beautiful village of Sorede with great views of the Alberes. The village is just 10 minutes from the Mediteranean coast and miles and miles of shimmering blue sea and golden sand. The main house has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The living area is open plan with a comfortable sitting room and dining area leading through patio doors to the sunny terrace. The well equipped kitchen has everything you could need to create gourmet dinners or a quick snack. The bathroom is separate from the WC. There is also a separate studio appartment. This is accessed at back of the villa and houses the third bedroom, another shower room and WC. Also in the studio is a full sized table tennis table and table football. It is a great place for older children to relax, leaving you to enjoy the views in peace. We have recently introduced WIF for those who would like to keepin touch with whats going on while they are on holiday! You can relax in the garden under the shady palms with a glass of wine and a good book while the children run around all day in safety. We have made eating outside a pleasure, you can sit on the terrace under the shade of the trees or on the veranda. The large barbecue is ideal for preparing family sized meals. It is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Sorede village where there are various shops and of course the essential boulangerie. In the centre there are a number of pavement bars and restaurants to sit and have a coffee or spend an evening and sample the catalan dishes. Markets are held in the village weekly and are a great place to buy fresh local produce.
