Look Outside From the large landscaped gardens looking back towards the house, the pink tones of the villa are framed against the dark mystery of the Marbella mountains. As you stand with your back to the villa, you get the full advantage of this hillside location as you enjoy the panorama that stretches out before you that encompasses miles of the blue Mediterranean and the green Marbella countryside. There are several levels to the outside area of this villa - beginning at the lower level with the tennis court. Lit up with floodlights at night you can enjoy a game or family tennis tournament in the cool of the evening. Next to the tennis courts are the guest houses. The main house contains 7 of the bedrooms with these 2 guest houses containing one bedroom each. Guest house number one has a living and dining room with a kitchen and terrace -whilst also housing the gym sauna and Turkish bath. The bedroom in this guest house sleeps two with an en suite bathroom. Guest house number two has one bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette and also is home to the games room with pool table, bar area and table football. Heading up the garden we arrive at the beautiful decking area. From its slightly elevated position this peaceful area has wonderful views out over the sea and the four post cabanas area with a luxurious round lounge bed offers a sense of tranquillity and calm. The large heated pool is surrounded by grass, with a terraced area that has many sun loungers with umbrellas for shade that provides a really welcoming space. A Look Inside The villa itself is a mixture if Moroccan and Andalusian style which means the villa carefully combines cool marble floors with dark wood fixtures and fittings. The arched windows and decorative shutters add to the Moroccan feel and gives an overall aura of elegance. The villa is set over three floors mirroring the outside levels. On the basement floor you'll find 3 of the bedrooms and a further two bathrooms and the entertaining cinema space. There is also a large garage with room for three cars. On the ground floor you will find a large lounge leading out onto a covered terraced area. A formal dining room perfect for dinner parties - leads into a Moorish style TV room with a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is very spacious and can easily accommodate 8 chefs cooking your meals. If you are doing your own cooking you will find this a wonderful place to be with top of the range Gaggenau appliances and centre island workspace. There is an informal breakfast area to the side of the kitchen as well. One of the bedrooms with en suite is on the ground floor whilst up on the first floor the bedrooms continue. The master suite is phenomenal - a large spacious room with walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. If you are lucky enough to get to stay in this room you may never want to leave it. You will also have the enjoyment of the large terrace area with luxurious furniture for relaxing on in the cool of the evening with a glass of wine before bed. The first floor also has two other bedrooms, equally luxurious, with en suite bathrooms.
