Set in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen A delightful apartment situated on the ground floor and has a new refurbished fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, hob, integrated microwave, refrigerator, kettle & toaster. The shower/room has new modern refurbished suit with a walk in shower, there are twin beds, wardrobe, draws, sofa, table & chairs, TV & DVD player and, electric fan etc to help make your stay comfortable. The apartment has a balcony with table & chairs which overlooks the 2 solar heated swimming pools and sunbathing terrace hosting parasols & loungers. For the afternoon sunshine you can relax on the small terrace situated at the back of the apartment. The apartment is cleaned weekly, bed linen & towels are included and are changed on a weekly basis. There is a pool bar offering a selection of food and drink throughout the day which overlooks the sea with views across to Fuerteventura. The pool bar also offers a weekly barbecue and quiz evenings. League football matches are normally shown when they are playing. There are WiFi facilities available at the complex. Due to steps within the complex the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. This is our holiday home and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
