Situated in the beautiful Costa Nova area of Javea, this delightful detached villa has it’s own floodlit 8 x 4 pool, garden, large sun-terrace and BBQ area. It is in a very quiet location and not overlooked. The villa accommodates 6 people in 3 double bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins). The living/dining room has satellite TV (bring your own card), a hi-fi and dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge-freezer and microwave. There is a washing machine. Outside there is a glazed ‘Naya’ (conservatory) and around the pool are ample sun loungers. The villa is a 5-minute drive from the centre of the beautiful town of Javea, the sandy ‘Arenal’ beach, and its restaurants, supermarkets and bars. It is a short 10 minute drive to the golf course. There is also an excellent restaurant a 5-minute walk away. We speak English, French, Spanish.
