An outdoor utility area includes a washing maching and washing line. Additional pebbled patio garden and portch to the front of the house. Additional Features - Communial pool shared between small block 21 houses, alarm,grilles,safe,bedlinen and indoor towels are provided. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room areas. There are also heaters if required. Collection from airport can be arranged at additional cost.Car not essential but desirable.
