There are 4 beautifully converted 5 star cottages at Lillimoor Farm. All are non smoking. They have central heating, log stoves (except for Primrose), beamed ceilings, leather lounge furniture and every modern convenience including washing machine, dishwasher, micro wave oven, electric hob and oven, refrigerator, television, video, cd player and radio. In addition, each has a bath and shower. Outside, each has its own private patio area with wooden decking. A hardwood table, chairs and parasol provide the finishing touches. Guests have free use of a barbecue. Landscaped gardens and a boules area complete the picture (boules are provided). The cottages are set in some 8 acres of tranquil meadow and orchard. Guests are welcome to use the grounds for rest and relaxation. There is ample off-road parking. The rental period is normally from Saturday 3.00 pm to 10.00am the following Saturday (other days for beginning the holiday by arrangement). Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) can be arranged depending on availability. Please note that maximum number of people in a cottage is stipulated by the number of beds in the cottage. Extra people cannot be accommodated. We regret that pets and children under the age of five cannot be accommodated. Cowslip Cottage (Sleeps 2) Primrose Cottage (Sleeps 2 in a Four Poster bed) Honeysuckle Cottage (Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms) Fuchsia Cottage (sleeps 5 in three bedrooms) Primrose Cottage was originally the milking parlour. It is ideal for that romantic break. With its beautiful decor and four poster bed it gives that touch of luxury. Facing south it enjoys the sun all day (weather permitting!) It has a large decked and paved patio to the front as well as its own lawned area. The front door leads into a small entrance hall off which is the bedroom with a wealth of exposed ceiling beams. Wall lights, a four poster bed and rustic pine furniture add to the charm. A pair of French Windows open out from the bedroom onto the decking. Also off the entrance hall is the bathroom with bath and electric shower over the bath. The kitchen has a beamed ceiling and beautiful solid oak doors on the units. Attractive terracotta colour floor tiles and recessed lighting make the room very welcoming. The lounge also has a beautiful beamed ceiling with up-lighters to highlight the timberwork. Quality leather seats add to the feeling of luxury. A pair of French Windows open from the lounge onto the decking. The cottage is fully central heated and all energy costs and logs are included in the rental.
