This privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully air-conditioned apartment is located in the Lago Menor area of Pto. Alcudia. It is about a 10/15 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach, a 5 minutes walk to the popular and busy Bellevue area and about 20 mins walk to the actual Port itself. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the small, mainly residential, Lake Placid complex and has a secure entrance system, nice gardens and a good sized swimming pool. The accommodation can be accessed by lift, is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) and is quite spacious with a large lounge/dining area with table and chairs for 4 people. The lounge area has sofas, Satellite TV & DVD facilities and patio doors to the balcony. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with cooker, hob with extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and other small domestic appliances. A washing machine is in the separate utility room. There is an "en-suite" to the master double bedroom, a shower-room and a further bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and bed linen and towels (not beach) are provided. It benefits from a south facing balcony (views across the lake to the mountains) with table and chairs. Aa mid-term laundry change is available upon request. Change-over day is normally Tuesday or Saturday but we can be more flexible outside of high season. Check-in from 2pm; vacate by 10am - to allow for cleaning services.
