Allen’s Landing – Cottages on Clear Lake is a new business, at an old location, owned and hosted by Steve Spiers and Susanne Allen Spiers. Both are teachers with an entrepreneurial spirit who hope to share their love of Muskoka, trees, water and simple cottage living with their guests, all year round. All of the cottages have lake views and two are literally lakeside. All are newly renovated and furnished, and simply decorated to provide our guests with a comfortable vacation. They all have 3 piece washrooms and running hot and cold water. Three of the cottages are winterized for the enjoyment of winter enthusiasts.
