Every bed in the house has hand-made Nova Scotia quilts, for cozy sleeping! The upstairs sun room has a pine cathedral ceiling, an airtight stove, and a balcony which overlooks the ocean; a very large futon provides a large double bed, from which you can watch the fire in an airtight stove. The second floor pine bathroom has a great spa bath - just the place to relax after a long walk, biking, golf, beach combing, or just living your life in cozy splendour. The owner's growing collection of pictures of sailing ships, located in the sunroom and main stairwell, makes the area's shipbuilding history come alive for every visitor. The main floor's fully equipped kitchen includes all amenities such as Dansk dishes, ceramic top stove, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, popcorn maker, and much more. Its living/eating area, with a gorgeous beach rock fireplace, is so relaxing that you'll never want to leave it! The main floor also includes an office with a day bed for two singles or one double, a very large dining room for dinners, projects, work space, and a simply splendid sunporch, with windows on three sides.
