Rosevean sleeping four to five guests is situated in a quiet rural area one and a half miles from St. keverne village on the Lizard peninsula in South West Cornwall. St. Keverne is a peaceful, friendly village, it is within easy access of many beaches, fishing coves and coastal walks. The village has a store, butcher, newsagent, restaurant post office and two public houses which serve good food. Frenchman's Creek, made famous by Daphne du Maurier, Helford Passage, and Kynance Cove are among the many local places of interest, Truro, St. Ives, Penzance, Falmouth and Lands End are all only 40 minutes drive away, the picturesque fishing villages of Coverack, Cadgwith and Mullion are all close by. This unspoilt area offers coastal and inland walks and the opportunity to visit the many wonderful gardens of Cornwall including Heligan and the magnificent Eden Project. Various sized boats may be hired at the nearby Helford Estuary. Divers can explore the numerous wrecks and reefs along the coast including the notorious Manacles Reef where many ships have met there end. Dive charters can be arranged with Dive Action diving services in the village. Rosevean Features. With wide country views over lovely open farmland, its own drive and grassy garden, this is a recent double glazed addition to the bungalow. A gate leads from the parking area to a sloping railed path and stable front door with a step up opens into a small lobby with a coat cupboard. An inner door opens into an open plan living room, where a well fitted kitchen / dining area is subdivided by an attractive quarry tiled work bar from the sitting area with french doors opening to a low walled terrace. Leading off the sitting room are a double bedroom with views across the garden to countryside beyond and a further bedroom with twin beds. A spacious shower room WC with hand basin and bidet completes the accommodation. There is a laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer), and to the side of the property is a flat lawn with post and rail fencing. Newtown also 1.5 miles has a pub, garage and small shop, Helston,10 miles and the lovely sandy beaches of Coverack and Kennack are only 3 and 4 miles away.
