Accessed off Old Torwood Road via a private drive this spacious residence provides seclusion in the heart of the Wellswood area of Torquay.  Under two miles from: local Union Street shops, Brandy and Hope Cove, Anstey’s Cove, Meadfoot Beach, the Marina, Aqualand, Beacon Cove, Princess Pier and Torre Abbey Sands all local amenities are within easy reach making this an ideal family holiday destination.Silvan Lodge is a two-storey detached house with a secluded South facing front garden. The garden is laid to lawn on one side and has a patio area with garden chairs and table on the other side. There are two off-road parking spaces available with Silvan Lodge these are situated just beyond the front garden.  The ground floor comprises: a through lounge/diner with: 28” colour TV and video, stereo, three-piece leather suite, and a six place-settings’ dining table with chairs, a high chair is also available on request. Also situated on the ground floor is the fully fitted modern kitchen with: washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker with integral gas hob and a table and two chairs. There is also a built in cupboard next to the boiler where an iron, ironing board and hoover are stored. The first floor comprises: three double-bedrooms, two double beds/one bunk with two beds and a cot with mattress is available on request; an en suite with walk-in shower, WC and hand basin off the Master bedroom; and bathroom with WC, hand basin and bath with chrome shower attachment. All bedrooms have ample clothing storage space and are provided with fresh bed linen at an additional charge of £15 per week (cot bed linen are not provided). Whilst a cot mattress is provided, guests are welcome to bring their own if they prefer. Silvan Lodge comfortably sleeps four plus two and one infant, our Housekeeper will happily welcome you to the Lodge and provide keys and any information that you may need in addition to our welcome pack.
