MARROWELL is a detached bungalow with full double-glazing and heating. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac backing on to fields. The back garden is secure and gated and parking is in the driveway. Accommodation is for a maximum of four people. Bedroom 1 has a 4'6" double bed with duvet, and Bedroom 2 has 3'0" twin beds with duvets. The Bathroom has a wash basin, close-coupled WC, bath and electric shower. The Kitchen has a washing machine, electric oven and hob, refrigerator and microwave. There is a freezer and tumble drier in the utility area where the barbeque is stored too. In the south-facing Lounge/Dining room there is a remote control colour television and DVD player. Bedlinen and electricity are inclusive, but please bring your own towels for personal and beach use. Please arrange with me when booking if you would like basic groceries to be supplied. Tickets for the Eden Project are available from Sandra at The Granary, Boswinger. We also offer mountain bike hire at The Granary - please book in advance with Sandra.
