This is our luxury private villa set in an up-market development and backing on to conservation land to give you that extra privacy.Disney World and all the other major attractions are just a 10-minute drive away while the attraction-packed ‘Highway 192’ is only a half-mile down the road.The location is perfect, quietly situated off the main road, yet close to many of the attractions, restaurants and shops etc. that make Orlando so popular. ‘Interstate 4’, (I4), which runs right across Florida from east to west is just 10 minutes away, while the ‘Florida Turnpike’, (US1), which runs from the Florida Keys up the east coast of America, is only 15 minutes away. No problem exploring then! The villa has full air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the lounge. It has its own security system with electronic front door locking. The pool and Jacuzzi is fully screened with a decking area and comes with furniture consisting of table and chairs and sun loungers. There is also a barbecue for al fresco dining. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils and crockery. The Master Bedroom has a large queen-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe, other bedroom furniture, cable television and an ensuite bathroom with vanity unit, large walk-in shower and toilet. The Second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cable television and fitted wardrobes. The Third Bedroom has twin beds, a rollaway bed and fitted wardrobes. Bathroom Two is shared by the second and third bedrooms and has a bath, shower, vanity unit and toilet. The Utility Room contains a full size washing machine and tumble dryer plus an ironing board and iron.The Lounge/Dining Room contains comfortable sofas (one converts to a queen-sized bed), coffee tables with lamps. There is a cable television, a video cassette recorder, DVD player and a hi fi/CD system.In the dining area is a table and chairs which will comfortably seat 6 people.The Garage has parking for one car and also contains the pool toys.
