It has its own entrance (access up a few steps) and is completely self-contained and not overlooked. There is a small garden with private terrace for outdoor meals. The pool is completely secluded; it is not visible from the house and there are panoramic views over the hills from the pool terrace as the property is high up on a hillside. The owners are discreet and respect tenants� privacy. They rarely use the pool when tenants are there. There are loungers for sunbathing on the terrace by the pool. The interior is light and cheerful and is prettily decorated in blue and white. There is a combined living/dining room with sofa, television, CD player and dining area. This room opens on to the terrace and there is garden furniture for outdoor meals. The kitchen area is separated from the living room by a counter bar. The kitchen is very well-equipped with electric cooker, large fridge-freezer, electric kettle and a washing machine. There is a separate bedroom with a wide double bed, 160cm, and an en-suite shower room and WC. A travel cot is available upon request.
