CASITA BLANCA, also known as Calle Fronton 42 is situated in an attachment to the hamlet of Orbeta which is connected to the village or small town of Orba. The two bedroom house has been in our family since it was first built in 1974, but has only been owned by us for approximately the last five years; allowing us to update the property. A car port was the first thing to be built. This was followed by enlarging the building to provide a sleeping area in the main living area a larger main bedroom and extra terraces, the addition of a shower room and an update to the bathroom. The swimming pool and lower terrace were built last year and programmable electric radiators were installed to the living area, shower room and main bed room, this should make the villa a comfortable winter let. For entertainment there is a new 21 inch stereo TV and video player. To keep clean there is a conventional shower over the bath and a thermostatically controlled shower in the shower room. The washer dryer is in the shower room and again the dryer element should make winter lettings a happier experience. By the end of February 2003, if the building work is on schedule, there will be a new kitchen to replace the original one, an entrance porch to the kitchen for additional storage and new steps on the north side of the villa to the pool, (there are steps on the south side). The window in the second bedroom will be replaced with a double glazed unit to match the glazing in the rest of the villa. PS New kitchen now completed.
