The property is fully air conditioned and also benfits from luxurious furnishings throughout, together with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, built in microwave, food disposal unit, self-cleaning electric oven, a refigerator with built in ice maker, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All bed linen and towels are provided, together with hair dryers. Additional facilities include free local telephone calls, and the villa also benefits from 3 cable television sets, in total. Cot facilities and high chairs are also available, free of charge, on request. There are 3 double rooms and 3 twin rooms, together will a family room, kitchen and dining room. The family room provides access to the patio and fully screened, southwest facing pool, thereby affording sunshine for most of the day. The pool also benefits from electric heating, on request.
