MILL COTTAGE This picturesque cottage has delightfull views over the millstream to the gardens and the woods beyond. The sitting room has an inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove. There are exposed beams and lead latticed windows. There is a separate and well equipped kitchen that leads off the dining end of the sitting room. There are 2 bedrooms, one with four poster bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is an attractive bathroom with shower over the bath and a separate toilet. The cottage is double glazed throughout. A cot and highchair are available. Bed linen, electric heating and general electricity are inclusive in the rental price. Logs for the wood burning stove are available from the owner at ?3 per bag. there is a free starter pack for the woodburner. There is a well equipped laundry available for guests having a washing machine and 2 Tumble dryers (coin operated meter) - there is a drying line inthe Guests' garden. There is a CD player/ radio/ tape player and a Video/ DVD player. Guests may use the front garden which has seating as well as the patio seating area beside the Millstream. Guests may walk acrosss the back lawn with views of the main gardens leading to private woodlands with walks particularly pretty in spring with its flowering camellias, rhodedendrons, magnolias and bluebell woods.
