A refundable breakage deposit of Euro 400 is to be handed over to the Villa Owner upon arrival to cover possible damages to the property, and will be returned to Guests upon departure. Electric energy consumption in excess of 300 KW/week will be deducted from the Refundable Breakage Deposit. Please bring your own beach towels.
