Our beautiful new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with a wonderful pool and spa area is situated in tranquil secure lakeside community of the Sanctuary at Westhaven, it is one of the highest points in central Florida so high that on a clear night you may see the fireworks at Walt Disney world Epcot resort. But that is not the only reason why The Sanctuary is so special. This is small, gated community just minutes away from the renowned Greg Norman golf course at Champions gate. The preserved wetlands here provide an excellent place to spot Cranes, Osprey, Great Egret and White Ibis. The front doors open into 2000 square feet of fully air-conditioned living space which includes Living room with sofa/Queen sleeper, Loveseat, TV and formal dining area with 6 chairs, this is a lovely room to escape for some peace and tranquillity. Family room. This bright and sunny room opens, which opens out into the pool area, has a sofa, loveseat, TV, DVD, Play station, and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has everything that you will need during your stay Microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooker etc There is a separate utility room that houses the washing machine, dryer, iron etc. New in May we will be adding a games room The first Master bedroom, which also opens onto the pool area has a queen size bed, walk in wardrobes full en suite with bath, walk in shower with glass enclosure, two washbasins, and hairdryer The second Master bedroom has a queen size bed and is also en suite with bath, shower, and hairdryer. There are two more bright and sunny twin bedrooms, which share a family bathroom.
