There is private access to a heated indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, one outdoor pool, tennis courts and private beach. Home is 3 miles to Heavenly Valley Ski Area, 5 miles to Casinos and 1/2 mile to 10 mile bike trail around the South End of Lake Tahoe. Home is fully equipped with TV's in all rooms, Satelite service with 12 premium channels, and 100 TV channels. Also has fireplace and great room with L shaped couch, bar, dining area and kitchen. Maid service is provided for set-up and clean-up with all linens, towels, soaps, shampoo's and paper goods. We have 1 King, 2 twins, and 2 queen beds. Snow removal service is provided in winter.
