Breakers #240 is a TRUE Direct Oceanfront End Unit villa and has the Best View Hilton Head Island has to offer. The only thing between this villa and the ocean is a few feet of sand, you really can't get any closer. It's like being on the beach without leaving the villa ! You'll get to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. You can watch the kids jumping the waves and building sandcastles while relaxing on the sofa. You can actually call the kids in from the beach right from your own private balcony ! Being a end unit there is a side window in the living room which offers a wonderful view of the beautiful courtyard at the SeaCrest including the pond and fountain, also as a end unit you have added privacy. There are only three villas in the entire complex with this view. Breakers #240 is an ideal second floor villa, not too far up and not too low where shrubs and plantings obstructs your view, you have a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The Breakers Complex is one of Hilton Head Islands favorite vacation spots for couples and small families, you don't have to drive or walk to the beach you're already there, the ocean is right out the door. The Breakers is a small quiet complex, there are only 120 units, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Complex is located on North Forest Beach Drive on the south end of the Island, this is one of the Islands most desirable, convenient locations. You don't even need a car, you can walk to just about everything including Waterfun Park. Coligny Plaza is right across the street, there you will find quaint little shops, duck ponds, entertainment, restaurants, and a grocery store. If you're looking for a clean, cute, comfortable place to vacation look no further. Our villa was completely renovated 01/04. Some of the renovations include new: kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, bedroom furniture, posturepedic mattress and ceramic floors in kitchen, hall and bath. We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach "our favorite area" so we are able to make sure our villa is clean and well maintained! {The majority of our guests are repeat renters.} Hope you enjoy your vacation Rick and Vickie Amenities: Villa will accommodate up to six guests. Maximum of four adults. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and bunks in hall alcove. Villa is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including washer and dryer, two TVs, VCR, full kitchen with all cooking necessities, {new full size refrigerator with icemaker}, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking dishes, etc Everything you need is provided, bed linens etc. The only thing you need to bring are bath towels and washcloths. Complex has a large oceanfront pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. There are two pools, one for the adults and a kiddie pool for the little ones. {Pool is heated from the first week of March until warm weather takes over.} A boardwalk provides easy access to the beach and ocean. Complex also offers covered parking and an onsite manager and security.
