28 Sunset Captiva is our deluxe 2 Bedroom plus large sleeping loft and 2 Bath private home in an exclusive community in Captiva's classic village. Vacation with us and you will be just a short stroll to Captiva's white sandy beach, and our community's two tennis courts and large heated swimming pool. It is decorated in a fun tropical theme with primary colors. We have wall to wall carpeting and ceramic tile floors. We offer many amenities to insure your comfort including a fully equipped kitchen. Bedding consists of a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest room and 2 twin beds in the loft. It is a spacious home, and has a cathedral ceiling in the living room, a lovely furnished screened porch overlooking our garden, and a cozy sun/moon deck on the 2nd floor where you can work on your tan by day and gaze at the stars by night!
