We take great pride in our two condominiums. My husband and I are retired and spend quite a bit of time at Edgewater ourselves in one of the two units. The living room and dining room as well as the balcony provide a spectacular view of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" and also overlook the famous lagoon pool. There is a big screen TV, VCR/DVD and a stereo for your enjoyment. The sofa converts into a queen size sleeper. The large kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, a dishwasher and microwave for all your needs and also provides a great view of the Gulf. There is a separate laundry room with a large capacity washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV/VCR. The spacious adjoining private bath has a garden tub, double vanity and a large walk in closet area. The guest bedroom has a king size bed which easily converts into two twin beds depending on your sleeping needs. This bedroom also has cable TV/VCR and an adjoining bath. PLEASE, NO SMOKING & NO PETS.
