Our villa on Bay Vista Drive has a beautiful outlook over conservation area to the rear and is fully air-conditioned. There is a 31 inch Satellite T.V., video, DVD player and hi-fi system in the family room and a separate dining area. Sliding doors open onto a covered lanai with large fully insect screened, outdoor heated pool with a complete range of comfortable pool furniture. The open plan kitchen is full of modern appliances including gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer and an ample supply of crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, satellite T.V., a telephone/answer phone, its own bathroom with separate walk in shower, double vanity unit and a walk in wardrobe. The other two good sized bedrooms are situated at the front of the villa with their own bathroom and shower in between. One room has a double bed and satellite TV, the other room has two twin beds and parentally controlled satellite TV. If required there is also a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep two people. A baby crib and high chair are also available at no extra charge. A good supply of towels and linens are available for your use. The villa also features a double garage and there is a gas barbecue outside by the pool. Weston Hills is located on highway 27. From the moment you leave the main highway to drive into Weston Hills you cannot fail to be impressed upon entering the electronic gates at the front of this community. You drive up the main street to be greeted by the inviting recreation centre. Here you and your family may enjoy 2 tennis courts, 2 volleyball courts, a regulation soccer field, a magnificent aquatic centre, and a fascinating nature trail walkabout.
