The large lounge/dining room has a feature corner fireplace. There are two twin bedded rooms and one double bedded room. Lounge/dining room and all three bedrooms, have their own terrace/ garden. Upstairs, there is the twin sink bathroom complete with full size bath and shower, whilst downstairs there is a shower room with sink and toilet available. The separate kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee filter machine, juicer, and toaster. The utility area houses the washing machine and water heater, and has plentiful storage space. On the lower ground floor you will find a light and airy area which is very cool in the summer, this houses the TV lounge with English and Scandinavian channels. There are two comfy sofas in this room. Plentiful garden furniture is available. The communal pool is in the centre of the complex and whilst it has restricted hours of use, to recognise the Spanish siesta time, the pool is open until midnight. There are also tennis courts on site, and a football pitch.
