The apartment has a large living area and kitchen, a small bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed (it's a queen-size bed that can be split into two large single beds)and a balcony. In the living room, there is a day-bed and a couch that can convert into additional sleeping space - but we recommend the house for couples with perhasp one child. The apartment has autonomous central heat, full kitchen with gas stove, small washing machine - stereo, but no dishwasher, no telephone, no TV. The kitchen is simple and practical - with a view of the town's principle church and piazza below. Our friend Teresa is facilitating this rental activity for us. She is a Filipina who married the son of a good friend of ours in Nettuno. She greets people when they arrive, usually at the entrance of the Nettuno train station. She will show you how things work and will be there for you if you need any help. She won't take payment from us, so we will expect you to tip her generously after she picks you up and takes you to the apartment, and again when you leave, because she will come in and prepare the apartment for the next guest.
