The house is reached through a most comfortably furnished enclosed “naya”, an ideal venue for sitting and reading in the spring and autumn months. The furnishings are excellent and there is a satellite TV (limited channels) for your added enjoyment and leading off from the lounge also is a separate cosy study. There is also a shower room with WC located on this level. The modern well fitted kitchen comes complete with microwave and washing machine. Stairs lead to the first floor and the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the roof terrace, affording those panoramic views. There is also a further pretty twin bedroom and a single bedroom on this floor. Outside taking pride of place amongst the patios there is an 8 metre pool with roman steps and shallow end for children. The kitchen patio is shaded by beautiful bougaonvillaea flowers and is ideal for those meals al-fresco. The restaurants and shops of Javea old town are just a short drive away which makes this an ideal location for the smaller party Much has been written about Javea, it´s charming historic town, more hours of sunshine recorded here than anywhere else in Spain, ideal climate according to UNESCO, and then not least the imposing El Montgo mountain which from certain angles looks like a sleeping elephant. But in the end we can only suggest you visit Javea yourself to find out first hand about this jewel of the Costa Blanca.
