The house has one double and one twin bedroom with a spacious shower room and a comfortable lounge with feature fireplace. The kitchen and dining room are well equipped with top of the range cooker and fridge freezer and quality utensils. Outdoors the 5m by 5m pool (maximum depth 1.9m) is surrounded by both sunny and shady terraces. There is ample outdoor furniture. The rear terrace has a large built in barbeque with traditional tiled table and benches. The gardens are colourful and pretty close to the house with the rest of the land being rough ground with fruit trees and a view to the coast. There is maid service five days a week and the property is competantly managed and maintained. Bed and bath linen is provided and changed weekly. A welcome pack of groceries awaits arrival.
