Yannys House is an old converted Greek family House set on the beach at Votana ,which is renound for it s wind surfing and natural beauty.Being out of the village the beach remains unpopulated even at high season.Yannys House is set in a small hamlet of three houses, all owned and lived in by the same Greek family.The area is purely residential and the setting perfect for a quiet holiday on the edge of the sea.Kassiopi Village is a ten minute walk and five minutes up the windy track is a small well equiped supermarket offering a delivery service if required.The house has two bedrooms.One sea facing with double wardrobe facilities.The lounge is simply furnished in rustic Greek style and kitchen fully equiped for up to six people.Bathroom has shower and hot and cold waterand WC.Infront of the house is a private garden with paved dining terrace, built in BBQ and outside shower.The garden is enclosed by private gate and the sea is five meters from the house, giving a fabulous panoramic view from this pretty little house on the beach.
